Helping our city B'more Peaceful by teaching kids the ways of peace.
The Pigtown Peace Pavilion is a rotating set of interactive displays designed to teach elementary school kids to live a more peace-filled life.
Located in Baltimore's Pigtown neighborhood, the Pigtown Peace Pavilion's primary focus is on kids in the areas immediately surrounding it. We've hosted local schools and community groups for field trips.
We've also incorporated elements of the Pigtown Peace Pavilion in displays at the Pigtown Fesival.
Peace for Me helps kids learn of their value as a person. It's focus is teaching on self-worth, feelings & emotions, and personal empowerment.
Peace for Everyone helps kids learn about other cultures. It's focus is on diversity, cultural understanding, and recognizing the worth of others.
